Juli had a rough childhood, she lived with a neglectful mother who was more interested in the Cedar Hill Church than her own children. She runs into Sebastion Castellanos and Joseph Oda several times while trying to get to Leslie Winters. Juli Kidman works mostly behind the scenes of the Evil Within's story line.
